Kids Class

Tuesday, 4:30–5:30 PM

A fun and supportive class where children learn karate through movement, skill-based games and focused drills that build confidence, coordination and focus.

Perfect for beginners. No experience needed. Parents are welcome to stay and watch.

All Levels Class

Tuesday, 6:00–7:30 PM

Mixed class for beginners and experienced students. Covers foundations, kata, partner work, self-defence, movement and confidence-building.

Graded Students Class

By invitation / graded students

Focused training for students preparing for higher grade material, deeper kata work and more advanced application.

Not Sure Where to Start?

New students are welcome in either our Kids Class or our All Levels Class. If you're unsure which class is the best fit, we're happy to help.

Progression into the main class is by invitation, based on each student's confidence, focus and readiness. This ensures every student is comfortable, appropriately challenged and able to get the most from their training.

What to expect

Warm-up and movement

Mobility, coordination, balance and body control.

Karate skills

Strikes, blocks, stances, footwork, kata and combinations.

Partner drills

Learn awareness, control, confidence and practical karate through safe partner exercises.
